We offer Day of Coordination Services. Each offering includes:
- A 1 hour initial meeting to understand your vision for your event.
- A 30 minute check in the month of your event or a site visit (based on location).
- A 30 minute check in the week of your event to make sure all the last minute details are accounted for.
- Being the point of contact for all your vendors the day of the event.
- Up to 10 hours of event coordination the day of.
- An assistant coordinator is available as an add on. Note – if your event takes place at more than 1 venue (example ceremony is at one location and the reception is at another), an assistant will be required.
- Rehearsal coordination available as an add on.
Packages start at $1250 for up to 125 guests and $1500 for over 125 guests.
