Services

We offer Day of Coordination Services. Each offering includes:

A 1 hour initial meeting to understand your vision for your event.
A 30 minute check in the month of your event or a site visit (based on location).
A 30 minute check in the week of your event to make sure all the last minute details are accounted for.
Being the point of contact for all your vendors the day of the event.
Up to 10 hours of event coordination the day of.
An assistant coordinator is available as an add on. Note – if your event takes place at more than 1 venue (example ceremony is at one location and the reception is at another), an assistant will be required.
Rehearsal coordination available as an add on.

Packages start at $1250 for up to 125 guests and $1500 for over 125 guests.
